BT’s Fault, again….

Ok, honest to god, I’m not passing the buck here !
Remember a few weeks ago, when everything went down, BT fixed it, well, they’ve broken it again.
At the moment, our whole office is getting just over dialup speeds, we can’t use our phones at the same time as the internet as the line breaks up.

Quick update from BT

Bad news – We won’t be back with you today
Good news – Today was the last full day of downtime.
 
BT have informed us that everything ‘should’ be back online by 3pm tomorrow afternoon. Although we don’t hold out much hope, they certainly seem enthusiastic !
